Welcome to the Online Yin & Fascia Therapy Training

I’m happy you’re here!

Fascia is connective tissue that surrounds, supports and connects structures throughout the body, including muscles, organs and bones. During this training, we will explore its role in movement and body awareness, and how we can bring this understanding into Yin yoga and fascia-release practices.

Through theory, guided practice and reflection, you will learn about fascia lines, meridians within Traditional Chinese Medicine, conscious breathing and the use of fascia balls.

We will explore ways to support comfortable movement, notice areas of tension and adapt practices to different bodies. You will also learn how to bring these techniques together into sequences for your own practice or your work with others.

This training welcomes yoga teachers, massage therapists, bodyworkers and anyone who would like to deepen their understanding of Yin yoga and fascia practices.

What’s included

  • Two fascia balls & my book Feminine Embodiment, shipped to you.
  • Six self-study modules covering fascia therapy, meridians and Yin yoga.
  • Four live online sessions, with recordings. Starting on the 5th of October!
  • A one-hour masterclass.
  • Downloadable posture and sequence sheets.
  • Supporting materials and articles about meridian theory.
  • Videos demonstrating the exercises.
  • Lifetime access to the course materials.

You do not need fascia balls for our first session. While your balls are on their way, we will begin with an introduction to fascia, gentle breath awareness and a guided Yin practice.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a few cushions or a bolster. Choose a quiet space where you can sit and lie down comfortably.

Your learning journey

You will receive access to the course portal during the first week. This is where you will find the live-session recordings, supporting videos and additional course materials.

The six modules form the self-study part of the training, while our four live sessions give us space to practise together, explore key topics and answer your questions. You can continue working through the materials at your own pace after the live sessions have finished.

There is no need to rush. Give yourself time to practise, reflect and discover what works for your body.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you.

With love,
Joyce
