This Pelvic Floor Release & Strength Program is a 6-week online course in which you will learn practices for your pelvic floor, how to release stress, how to strengthen your pelvic floor. And how our emotions are connected to this area.

You will learn yin & fascia therapy techniques, specific fascia release practices for the pelvic floor, tantric feminine breathing practices, strengthening practices and emotional healing practices.

It will support you in letting go of trauma, chronic pain, incontinence, emotional disbalance, insecurities. This program is here to connect you back towards your pure essence.

This course can be followed by any women who want to connect more with her feminine energy, while taking good care of her pelvic floor.

A deep healing journey. To come home in yourself. And remember who you really are.
